CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Soladis has been undertaking a CSR process for several years to foster the working conditions of its employees and reduce its ecological footprint, within the limits of possible actions for a service company.
Here is a description of some actions in place to date:
IT and material resources :
- Sorting bins for non-recyclable/recyclable waste
- Collection of consumables (paper, ink cartridges, batteries, etc.) by dedicated service providers (Xerox, Solutri, etc.)
- Donations of IT resources (screens, computers, keyboards, etc.) and furniture to employees when equipment is renewed
Working conditions:
- Teleworking proposed to almost all employees (average 1 to 2 days/week)
- Promotion of soft transports / Accessibility
- Reimbursement of all transport subscriptions for employees traveling off-site more than 50% of their time
- Offices: located down town, and accessible via train / subway / tramway : Paris République, Lyon Charpennes, etc.
- Flat-rate compensation for employees traveling by bicycle
- Offices :
- Differentiated toilets (M/F)
- Expansion and layout of offices in Lyon, Paris, Roubaix, Nice (modernization, addition of breakrooms, green plants) (2017-2021)
- Regular stress or well-being assessment (team stress test (2018/2019) via a solution developed by Soladis: Evimeria ; well-being questionnaire, Psychosocial hazard questionnaire…)
- Establishment of a Joy Committee (1 Ambassador per geographic site) in charge of leading activities for on-site teams (thematic meals, games, etc.) and for the company (online board game tournament , competition …)
