You have no obligation to complete the online forms. In this case, the presence of a legal mention indicating that a field is mandatory indicates that the completion of this field is necessary for the purpose of the form (example: creation of a customer account).

In accordance with the current recommendations, the data are kept for 3 years from their collection or last contact with the person concerned.

In accordance with the disposition stipulated in the GDPR, any user has a right of access, portability, rectification, opposition and deletion of his own personal data, by making his request with a copy of the title of identity with signature of the holder of the part, specifying the answer’s address, by e-mail to or by letter to the following address SOLADIS – 8 rue Bellecombe, 69006 Lyon, France.

No personal data of the user of the website is published without knowledge of the user, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any support to anyone.
